Warren County Public Schools is implementing Online Registration for the 2019-2020 school year. This resource will allow families to update their child’s information from a personal computer or electronic device and will give parents access to important student information including - attendance records, grades, schedules and contact information. This will take the place of all the paperwork families are traditionally given at the beginning of the year!
In order to make this transition as seamless as possible you will need to take some actions in phases, an Infinite Campus Parent Portal must be created for each student at this time. Please note: the application cannot be done through a Student Portal. At this time, phase 1 is setting up a parent portal. You should have received a link to do this yesterday evening, the purpose of this communication is to further inform you on why you received the email and to encourage you to complete phase 1. Simply follow that link and complete the information. Completing this phase will allow our Central Office staff to determine communication errors and families who do not have a working email address on file. It is important to have this complete by April 1. Phase 2 will occur in about a month. This is when you will use your parent portal to log in and either verify or change your child’s enrollment information (address, phone numbers, out of district requests, etc.). Once your parent portal is complete in phase 1, you will be given additional information for phase 2.
In the days ahead, you will receive an email or hard copy letter from the district with more information about the process. Please be sure to read and follow all directions thoroughly. I want to communicate to you all of the information I have at this time so that you can be prepared. If you have questions, please contact Jennifer Akin or Amanda Neighbors at 270-563-2041.
Have a Great Day!
