I began teaching preschool in 1990 and have taught preschool or kindergarten at four schools in Warren County. This is the tenth year that I have taught preschool at Plano Elementary and I enjoy every minute that I am with the children.  I also enjoy working together with families and the community.

Please stop by the school office at any time
to see if your child is eligible for preschool services
in Warren County Schools.

 

 

The Warren County Preschool Program is provided free for 3 and 4 year old children who have been identified as having a developmental delay. (This includes many developmental areas such as speech and language skills, physical skills, or social skills.)  The program is also provided free for children who will turn 4 years old by August 1, 2016 and meet Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. There is also a tuition option for children who will be 4 years old by August 1, 2016. 
 

 

You may come by Plano Elementary's Office to complete a preschool eligilibity application.  You will receive a letter within a few days confirming your child's eligibility status.  Contact Mrs. Williams by email at donna.williams@warren.kyschools.us or at Plano Elementary at 270-467-0411 ext. 8018, if you have any questions about registration.

 

After eligibility is determined, your child will need the following items to register for preschool.

-Current KY immunization certificate

-Proof of residency (utility bill stub, etc.)

-State issued Birth Certificate

-Physical Exam

We also ask for a dental and vision exam.  

There will also be other enrollment paperwork that will need to be completed.
